Answers to your questions

RytelZorg carers

Here you will find answers to questions we are often asked. Is your question not listed? Call us on 06 14 97 58 70.

What does home care cost?

Personal care and nursing at home are usually covered by basic health insurance (district nursing, Zvw). You do not pay a deductible for this. For Wmo and Wlz care you usually pay a personal contribution via the CAK. You pay for private care yourself; you receive a clear quote in advance.

Do I need an assessment (indicatie)?

For reimbursed care an assessment is usually required. For district nursing it is set by a district nurse, for the Wmo by the municipality and for the Wlz by the CIZ. If you do not want to wait, you can start privately. We help you with the application free of charge.

How quickly can care start?

We respond to your registration within 24 hours and quickly schedule a free introduction at your home. Care then starts as soon as possible, depending on your situation and assessment.

What is the difference between Wlz, Wmo, Zvw and pgb?

The Zvw (basic health insurance) covers nursing and personal care at home. The Wmo (municipality) arranges support such as guidance. The Wlz is for people who permanently need care or supervision all day. With a pgb (personal budget) you buy care yourself from a care provider of your choice.

Will I always have the same carers?

Yes. We work with a small, permanent team per client, so you always see familiar faces.

Where does RytelZorg work?

In Voorburg, Leidschendam, Wassenaar and The Hague, and also in Rijswijk, Delft and Zoetermeer.

Can I reach you at night?

Yes, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 06 14 97 58 70.

What if I am not satisfied?

Talk to us and we will look for a solution together. You can also contact an independent complaints officer free of charge via SoloPartners. See our complaints procedure.

Do you also help family carers?

Yes. We think along with you, give advice and can take over care temporarily, so that you can recharge.
