1.About this website

The website rytelzorg.nl is managed by RytelZorg – Home care organisation, Parkweg, 2271 BH Voorburg, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 94964386.

Through this website we inform clients, loved ones, referrers and (future) staff about our home care and elderly care in Voorburg, Leidschendam, Wassenaar, The Hague and surrounding areas. The website is available in Dutch, French, English and Arabic. In case of differences between translations, the Dutch text prevails.

2.Applicability

This user agreement applies to every visit to and every use of the website, including forms, the WhatsApp button and the newsletter.

For the provision of care itself, our General Terms and Conditions and the care agreement apply. For the processing of personal data, our Privacy Statement.

3.No medical advice

The information on this website is general in nature and compiled with care. It is not a substitute for personal advice from a doctor, district nurse or other care professional. No rights can be derived from the information on the website, for example regarding assessments, reimbursements or availability.

4.Forms, email and WhatsApp

Through the website you can contact us using a contact form, by email, by phone or via WhatsApp. We usually respond within 24 hours.

• Fill in forms truthfully and only use your own details, or details of someone on whose behalf you are allowed to act.
• Do not send via forms, email or WhatsApp any BSN, medical records or detailed health information. We discuss this information in person or exchange it through a secure channel.
• Sending a form or message does not in itself create a care agreement. A care agreement is only concluded after an intake and signature.
• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in the email.

5.Use of the website

You use the website in a lawful and respectful way. It is not permitted to:

• send false, misleading, offensive or discriminatory information;
• hack or overload the website, spread viruses or bypass security;
• collect data from the website automatically (scraping) or send unsolicited advertising;
• pretend to be another person or a RytelZorg staff member.

RytelZorg may remove messages that violate these rules and block access to the website or forms.

6.Intellectual property

All texts, photos, logos, design and other content of this website are the property of RytelZorg or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view the content and share it for personal, non-commercial use, with attribution. Any other use, such as copying, publishing or selling, requires prior written permission from RytelZorg.

7.Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, such as health insurers, the SVB, the CIZ, government agencies or our partners. RytelZorg has no control over the content and privacy policies of those websites and is not responsible for them.

8.Privacy and cookies

RytelZorg handles your personal data with care, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We use functional cookies, and analytical or marketing cookies only with your consent. You can change your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie banner.

9.Availability

We do our best to keep the website accessible, up to date and secure at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will work without interruptions or errors. RytelZorg may take the website offline temporarily for maintenance, or change the content at any time.

10.Liability

RytelZorg is not liable for damage resulting from the use of, or the temporary unavailability of, the website. This also applies to inaccuracies or omissions in the information, or to the content of third-party websites to which we refer.

This limitation does not apply in the event of intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of RytelZorg, and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

RytelZorg may amend this user agreement. The most recent version is always on this page. This user agreement is governed by Dutch law.
