We work with a small, permanent team, so you always see familiar faces. In a personal care plan we agree together what you do yourself and what we help you with. That way you stay as independent as possible and remain in control.
Who is this care for?
For older people and adults who live at home and need help with personal care, for example due to old age, a chronic condition or during recovery after a hospital stay.
