RytelZorg prepares the information on this website with care, based on official sources of the Dutch government. Laws, regulations, rates and reimbursements may change. No rights can be derived from the information on this website. RytelZorg is not liable for any damage resulting from its use.
2. The zorgcheck is a simulation
The zorgcheck gives an indication based on your answers and the applicable legislation (Wet langdurige zorg, Zorgverzekeringswet, Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning 2015 and Jeugdwet). The result is not a decision and not an official assessment. Only the CIZ, the municipality, the health insurer or the zorgkantoor takes an official decision. If you disagree with a decision, you can lodge an objection (bezwaar) with the body that took it.
