A free conversation of about 30 minutes. We listen to your situation and wishes.
- 03Care plan and funding
Together we draw up your care plan and help with the application via Wlz, Wmo, Zvw or pgb.
- 04Start of care
Your regular caregiver starts. We regularly check with you that everything is going well.
