RytelZorg collaborates with experienced and committed healthcare professionals who prioritize quality, reliability, and client-centered care. We offer partnership opportunities for independent contractors (self-employed), volunteers, interns, and salaried employees within the home care sector.
Required Documents for Independent Contractors or Volunteers
As an independent professional in home care, you collaborate with RytelZorg on the basis of a model agreement approved by the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. Requirements include:
- Valid proof of identity (passport or ID card)
- Extract from the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) with the appropriate SBI code
- Recent Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) (maximum 6–12 months old)
- Healthcare education diploma (Care Assistant, Nurse Assistant, or Registered Nurse)
- Certificates of Competence (medication, wound care, injections, AED)
- BIG registration (if applicable)
- Personal and company AGB code (if available)
- Proof of professional and business liability insurance
- Optional quality hallmark (e.g., KIWA MijnKeurmerk)
Upon verification of all documents, we will schedule your start date, and you will receive a contract outlining duties, rates, and working hours.
Required Documents for Interns
Do you wish to gain practical experience in home care? We collaborate with accredited training institutions and schools. Requirements include:
- Signed internship agreement
- Valid proof of identity (copy)
- Proof of school enrollment and learning objectives
- Recent Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) (mandatory for internships > 3 months)
- Relevant diplomas or certificates
Upon approval, we will schedule your start date and professional supervision.
Apply Directly for Salaried Employment
The following requirements apply to salaried employees:
- Valid proof of identity and BSN (social security number)
- Healthcare education diploma and recent certificates of competence
- Recent Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
- IBAN number or SEPA form for payroll processing
- Relevant BIG registration and references
Upon verification of these documents, we will sign the employment contract.
