RytelZorg is looking for self-employed (zzp) support workers for individual support of clients at home in Voorburg, Leidschendam, Wassenaar, The Hague and surrounding areas.
Tasks
- Support with daily structure and independence
- Help with administration and appointments
- Working with goals from the care plan
- Reporting in the client file
What we ask
- Relevant care or welfare education (at least level 3)
- Registered with the KvK (Chamber of Commerce) as self-employed
- Recent VOG (certificate of conduct)
- Professional and business liability insurance
