How we start
- Registration. You call, send a WhatsApp message or fill in the contact form. We respond within 24 hours.
- Introduction. A free conversation of about 30 minutes at your home about your situation and wishes.
- Start of care. Your permanent carer starts according to your personal care plan, which we review with you regularly.
How is the care paid for?
Personal care and nursing at home are usually covered by basic health insurance (Zvw, district nursing), with no deductible. Guidance is often arranged through the Wmo of the municipality of Leidschendam-Voorburg. If someone permanently needs care all day, the Wlz may apply.
